  Have had the worst service for a quick simple salad. NEVER have the right lettuce. Always the same excuse. The delivery never comes on time.. Not the ingredients they need...out of dressing etc. So sad. You used to be able to enjoy a nice simple salad there.

  The place was clean as it should be at 8:30am. The cashier was nice. However, the eggs on my croissant sandwich were cold. Like from previous night and they just put it for 20 seconds to warm up

  I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the this Panera Bread location. After over 20 years as a Panera customer, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My online order arrived with a visibly tampered bag and a sandwich that had clearly been opened and partially eaten, including obvious bite marks missing from the bread and cheese. While mistakes can happen, what made this unacceptable was the way the situation was handled by the manager, Penelope. The mental gymnastics of trying to discredit what I was seeing with my own eyes was beyond disrespectful! She was rude, dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly on the phone, offered no apology, and acted inconvenienced that I even called. Her reply was simply “well you can come get another one”. Which I did, because I don’t have money to throw away. When I returned to the store for a replacement and asked a gentleman named Mari for corporate contact information, he didn’t know so I asked would the manager know. Penelope walked out from the back laughing then told me to “look online” because she supposedly didn’t have it as the manager. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care was shocking. I will never return to this location and will be driving further to visit another Panera instead.

  I’ve been here several times and Thursday was the last time I will go. You have a member of your staff (older female with red hair) who is extremely rude to all of your patrons. She says off handed comments, complains that she’s not a waitress and acts confused. Today I watch her out loud tell a customer that he cannot sit at a table more than 20 minutes unless he orders food. She went on to talk about that customer another customer. I cannot believe your manager does nothing. She must be the owners mother or something. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty and it’s just gross. Stay away from this location until they fix those things.

  We placed our order in the srive thru and when we arrived to the window, they said that they did not get our order. We had to replace it and wait 20 mins. The car behind us left because of the wait time. Besides that. The meal was good as always. The wait was not fun but we were so hungry, we elected to wait.
