I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I explained that I am not fluent in English, but my order was still understandable. Despite that, the employee was extremely impatient and yelled at me. I felt so uncomfortable that I gave up on ordering the ice cream and only purchased the meal they were able to understand.
Regardless of any language barrier, every customer deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. Good customer service makes all the difference, especially when an employee makes a genuine effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I left feeling very disappointed.

Nightmare experience,my doing. My car went dead after eating at McD, I live closeby and left PHone home. All personnel Refused to call me a cab, uber ir Lyft, I offerred double fare in cash for the $5.50 fare. Sheriff came by and said they will return and give lift in unlikely event nobody helps. Nobody came, sheriff included. When staff closed store, I begged for help. They got in cars and left, asst mgr holding up a mace ? I managed to walk to Gas station at 230am.He kindly took my 20$ for a 5.50 fare. Lyft shows in ten minutes. Another man might have been angry, another might have been hurt. Took my 20,stuffed it inside his shirt. We only owe each other one thing, treat all with empathy, respect unless otherwise deemed correct

The worst experience last Sunday, when I went to pick up a coffee that I ordered through the app and the employees at the window left me waiting for 10 minutes while they attended to all the cars that arrived
Terrible service and not even a single apology
Terrible service, the lady took my order like I was bothering her, even more to give me the items I went back to ask for: straws, milk for my coffee, etc. 8:30 pm.
