  Today was my first visit to Marash Mediterranean Turkish Cuisine, and it certainly won't be my last. I recently lost my mother while visiting the Delray Beach area, and I've been exploring local restaurants during my stay. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. After I shared that I was visiting and trying local businesses, they surprised me with a few complimentary items—a small gesture that meant more than they probably realize. The service has been warm, attentive, and professional. I'm also excited that they serve halal meat, which was one of the reasons I wanted to try them. As the founder of the Living Intelligence Institution, we're working to build a new approach to marketing—one that highlights authentic human experiences and recognizes businesses that genuinely care about their customers. Marash Mediterranean Turkish Cuisine is exactly the kind of local business we want to celebrate. If you're in the Delray Beach area and looking for delicious Mediterranean food, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend giving them a try.   I experienced the takeout and everything was amazing. Definitely needed more than two Tzatziki sauces for the order and the pita was wrapped with the chicken causing it to get soggy. The rice was perfect and so was the salad. I got lentil soup as well, needed salt. I was amazed with all the beatiful flavors.

  I had an amazing experience at Marash! The baba ganoush was outstanding—such a nice smoky flavor, and the pita was really good (might need to order more pita). The chicken was cooked perfectly—super tender and flavorful. Everything was fresh and delicious. Mehmet was extremely welcoming and we had good conversation. I highly recommend it!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was fantastic, but the service was even better. When my dürüm arrived with onions, Mehmet immediately offered to make a new one. Even though I told him it wasn’t necessary and that I could simply remove the onions myself, he kindly and sincerely insisted on replacing it. Mehmet and Can provided one of the warmest and most genuine customer service experiences I have had in years. Their friendly smiles, attention to detail, and complimentary Turkish tea made us feel truly welcome. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. It is rare to find people who care so much about their customers. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The Chicken Grill Platter I received looked very different from the meal advertised online (see photos). I also specifically left a note requesting no tzatziki sauce due to an allergy, but the sauce was included anyway and I was charged for it. To make matters worse, the order arrived without forks or knives. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me that if I wanted anything corrected, I needed to come to the restaurant myself. When I pointed out that the note was clearly included with the order, I was told they had already been paid by Uber Eats. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds when a customer calls for help. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my concerns did not matter.
