You’re greeted with “yeah” or “what do you need”. It’s your customers who make your business and pay your wages, but I won’t be contributing to that again. An affluent area yes, but very very bad service.

Today I saw the most disgusting thing that turned my stomach. There’s a young Spanish kid inside the drive-through that Use his hands to push down the garbage and then I told him are you gonna wash your hands he looked at me like I was crazy. He told me why do I need to wash my hands? I told him because you’re serving food and then the woman in the corner that’s making food asked me excuse me was very rude. Everybody inside the shop was totally rude. I will not come here or recommend anybody to come buy any food from this Dunkin’ Donuts. This is totally disgusting and they do not follow any food safety rules. This is totally disgusting and turned me off. I would never come back here at all. They have lost my business. And I’ll make sure I tell everybody else about it because I’m not gonna try to get sick by young naïve people. I even asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give it to me because I was stuck to keep the food and feel like I’m gonna get sick now I ended up throwing it away

My coffee lids (both of them) were not properly pushed in and when the tray flipped over in the car in the tray, I had 2 complete coffee’s in the carpet of my car, not a drop left in the cups. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for hiring careless employees!

We honk at them, they ignore us. Don’t seem to be making our order. We sat for 5 minutes and then just left. The app doesn’t give any place to request a refund. So we are just out $30?? Not a great experience.
