I paid $9 for one slice of pizza and a drink, which is already a little expensive. Then I watched the person in front of me get a Vitamin Water and TWO slices of pizza for less than I paid. I pointed this out to the manager, and to his credit, he wanted to correct it. But customers shouldn’t have to catch pricing inconsistencies themselves. The pizza was reheated in a tiny oven, and when I got it, it wasn’t even close to hot. I specifically asked for extra sauce and pepperoni, and the slice was still barely warm—nowhere near 100 degrees. I review restaurants seriously, and I’ve been around food my entire life. Temperature matters, especially when you’re serving food to the public. The sauce was good, but the temperature of the pizza was unacceptable. Honestly, I’ve made better frozen pizza at home in my own oven. For the price and the quality, this was a major disappointment. Whoever is running this location today really needs to take a hard look at what is being served to customers.
