Not sure what the interview process looks like here but it is evident they will hire just about anyone with no qualifications, desire to be there, or professionalism
- FAFernando AntonioAug 16, 20261.0I went to pick up the order on Sunday night. There were only three other customers in the restaurant, yet I still wasn’t served. I asked the cashier who could help me, and he told me they were busy in the back of the restaurant — completely uninterested in helping. The complete lack of interest and professionalism is shocking. Not a single greeting. One employee just stood frozen at the cash register doing absolutely nothing. The only person who showed any concern was an attendant already serving two customers — he called out three times for the staff in the back of the restaurant. They never came. I stood there waiting for the food that was never prepared. Completely unacceptable. I’ve seen before an employee prepare a bowl with one hand while eating with the other. Disgusting! I left without the food and I certainly won’t be back. It’s no surprise the restaurant’s review score is only 3 stars. It’s obvious the management of this location doesn’t care either, as the ratings keep going down.

I ordered a bowl and I asked politely to the lady to say no spice I got steak with no spice and I got regular white rice and so I got it and I also got a lemonade, which was fine my mom got an iced tea. It was fine perfect whatever when I got in the car, I ate it and it still had spice so what is going on here? Chipotle
