They didn’t give me guac even though I paid for it, and there was only about 10 pieces of meat total in there. My bowl never felt so light. Whoever prepared my bowl needs a lesson in portions or is just not good at the job. Please teach them 🙏🏼🙏🏼. Not worth $20 to have barely any food.

- BBBridgetMay 1, 20261.0Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I walked in and no one was even on the line. After waiting, a girl finally came over without saying a word, spent about five minutes washing her hands, touched her face right after, then grabbed an empty rice container and just stood there waiting for it to be restocked. Like… okay, no problem, but at that point I felt like I should just clock in and help myself. When she finally started serving me, the first thing she said was, “Are you getting white rice?” No hello, no nothing. Damn I guess we don’t know how to have basic convos anymore. I asked for an extra topping and she looked at me like I was crazy. I told the cashier this was the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, and he just repeated it back to me and walked off to talk about it. On top of all that, the entire place was dirty. It honestly made me not even want to eat the food. I would’ve been better off putting on an apron, cleaning the place myself, and making my own bowl, while also helping the other customers who were also stuck waiting. I haven’t even left the parking lot yet and I’m watching employees go back into the kitchen just to stand around while there’s still a line. I’ve worked in food service, and this was just next-level bad!!!!!
