  Absolutely loved my experience at CAVA in Delray Beach. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. Joshua went above and beyond helping me with recommendations. He made me feel like a welcomed guest. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience felt welcoming from start to finish. Easily one of the best fast casual meals I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The place is so freaking amazing i swearr!!!! I LOVEEE CAVAAA!!!!! Omgg I can literally come here everyday the people here are also amazing they also attend to you with care and with kindness they are the best I swear I love coming here and the bowl prices is amazing as well you guys should definitely come here 💯

  I don’t even know where to start. The service at this place is unbelievably bad. The staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in no greeting, no patience, and zero care about getting your order right. The line moves painfully slow, and even after waiting forever, they still manage to mess things up or give you the smallest portions possible. People have complained about tiny portions and burnt food in recent orders, and I can confirm it’s not a one-time thing. The place itself feels chaotic and poorly managed. For a spot that markets itself as “fresh and healthy,” the execution is the complete opposite. Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else, this location seriously needs new management or a complete reset.

  From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The line moved quickly, and the staff was attentive without making the experience feel rushed. Everything looked fresh and well prepared, and you could tell the team was keeping a close eye on quality throughout the shift. A special mention goes to Veronica, the General Manager. She stood out for how present and engaged she was with both customers and staff. She made sure everything was running smoothly, checked in with guests, and kept a really positive energy in the store. That kind of leadership is noticeable and honestly sets the tone for the whole experience. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and consistent with what you expect from CAVA. Portions were fair and the build-your-own style makes it easy to customize exactly what you want. Overall, it was a solid experience and I would definitely come back again.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine friendliness and positive energy that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Shoutout to Nick, Davon, Trai, and Luis!!!!! Everyone behind the counter is patient, helpful, and happy to guide you through the menu or suggest combinations if you’re unsure. They work efficiently without ever making you feel rushed, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. That kind of attitude makes a big difference. And of course, the food absolutely delivers. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Whether you’re building a bowl or trying something new, you can count on it being satisfying every time.
