  I came in super later tonight, like 20-30 before close. Nick helped me and treated me like he just started his shift. Just super cool, friendly, and nice. I told him it was only my second time and he took his time and explained to me all my protein, veggies, and sauce options. It’s people like him that make me want to come back and just feel safe and relaxed ordering my healthy food option. I was going to just get a water, but he upsold me on how the sodas you offer are Maine root and really tasty. Glad I did, because from now on I will always be getting a soda.

  Best bowls - blows away chipotle and other copy cats … CAVA by far fresh delicious great value healthy clean food and restaurant- fast friendly and wonderful team. Veronica GM well done 👍

  Ordered pick up, got my order, came home to open it to barely any greens, meat, rice, veggies wth Cava? Compared to a decent filled bowl while walking in and ordering in person my bowl is less than half full from a picking up order.

  I don’t know what’s going on with the online ordering system. It’s too backed up and for this to be a new store that they know gets busy. Why not have enough staff for lunchtime! First few times I went here no problem I got my food quick if I order online, now you have to wait far beyond the ETA for your food and one time I probably waited maybe more than 15 minutes on my lunch break I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but when this seems like the new norm, it’s unacceptable

  We had a fantastic experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. What really made our visit stand out was the outstanding service from Brook, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s clear she takes pride in running a great restaurant and making sure customers have a great experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Brook, for going above and beyond!
