  brandon attention to detail was IMMACULATE. I’ve been coming here for a year now and had him about twice but yesterday for mother’s day was just the cherry on top. My mom and I were eating and my mom ordered the Chicken Marsala sandwich. She had marsala on the corner of her lip and brandon came up to check on us and noticed before I did and took his thumb and calmly and gracefully wiped it off of her lip. My mom was beyond charmed. Not only did he help her but he made her feel less embarrassed by maintaining eye contact as he smiles and ask if he can do anything else for us. Yes, he can. He can get promoted to head server or however it works over there. Never have I ever seen such personal service and care from a waiter. KEEP THIS MAN!!!

  We came there during mother’s day, and our server brandon was very funny, he said he was about to crash out on the kitchen when our food was running a little, but we said it’s okay we can wait lol. Very memorable experience. 10/10 coming here again

  We had dinner the other night! And shared some apps/drinks/dessert! Food was good! But our Server Laura gave us outstanding Service! She was attentive! She had refills before we realized we needed! She gave us some suggestions on things to try as we were undecided! She is a true asset to your company!

  ! Excellent service! Brandon was very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. The food was delicious, and our experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill was wonderful. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your outstanding service!

  The way this place treats people depends entirely on how you walk in. As dine-in customers, we’ve spent a lot of money here over time—our family orders takeout often and dines out even more. But as a delivery driver, I was treated like I didn’t matter at all—ignored, disrespected, and given attitude. The manager made it worse. When I gave the name on the order (“Karen”), he joked about it instead of acting professionally. That says everything about the level of management here. Places like this forget that the same people they disrespect in one role may also be regular paying customers in another. That kind of attitude costs business. Between the lack of organization, long waits, and disrespectful behavior, I won’t be supporting this place anymore—either as a customer or a driver.
