- MFMarilin FSep 4, 20261.0I ordered two ice creams and one shake, and unfortunately, none of them tasted fresh. They either tasted old/expired or had very little flavor. The customer service was also disappointing. The staff was not very helpful, and there was no welcome or friendly smile. Instead, we were met with a rushed attitude, even though the store was completely empty at the time. It’s unfortunate because we were excited to spend a Saturday afternoon with our family on such a well-known avenue, and this experience really put a damper on it. We chose this ice cream shop because it was conveniently located closer to the ocean, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. I can understand why this shop doesn’t seem to be a favorite in the area. I hope they can improve both the quality of their products and their customer service.
