Extremely disappointed in this location, my order was placed and took over an hour to get when it said be ready in 15 minutes. I watched the staff handle all food without gloves or hairnets, touching multiple different ingredients and handles on their cell phones as well as cash register. I received my order and got home and when I did, my whole entire order was wrong I called back to the store was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone. I recalled again and the same thing happen and no one answer the phone. I called back the next day, spoke to a manager, and the only thing that they said they could do was give me a store credit, but they could not refund me. I said well, I will not be coming back to your store due to what I saw yesterday and also getting my order completely wrong and he said there’s nothing I can do for you

I ordered online for a pasta w/ breadstick and a melt. The pasta was the only phenomenal item I ate. The melt was ok but some of the bacon was slight cold and chewy. And some of the protein didn't taste right. But the breadstick was so cold, like it was just sitting on the counter just getting cold. And the marinara sauce was nasty. It smelt like dirty water with Italian seasoning. I will probably won't be back in a long time. The only reason I stopped by for lunch due to me having a coupon. Meh

My experience at this place has been the worst the last 3 times. First time I had hair in my personal pan pizza. My second time i picked up my pizza in store got home and had the absolute wrong pizza I was giving hand tossed when I asked for pan. This last and final time tonight my pizza look hideous. There is no cheese or marinara sauce on my pizza. This pizza taste hideous and looks it as well. The customer service is horrible the workers have attitudes. I deserve my credit back for this mess of a pizza. The worst service ever.
