  This specific store always- without fail- messes up orders or forgets entire sandwiches on small orders. We haven't been here since January and thought we could swing by late at night for a quick 2 sandwich and 1 fry order on the way home. But by the time we looked in the bag and noticed an entire missing sandwich- we were too far to turn around. It wasn't worth the gas back. We will not be back because things never change. And the staff members obviously don't check their orders appropriately before sending them out the window.

  Forgot multiple items after repeating the order to me twice. Im wanting a refund and to talk and their phone number goes straight to busy line.

  I don’t expect 5 Star Michelin quality when going to a Mcdonald’s, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Upon my arrival I was greeted with an attitude which I brushed off as nothing but it quickly became the first red flag to a terrible experience. I used the Mcdonald’s app to redeem my reward for ice cream (i ordered an ice cream cone) and they waited until after I had used my points and ordered to tell me that the ice cream machine was down. I usually wouldn’t mind a small mistake but the workers were very rude and didn’t bother hearing me out and wouldn’t even believe that I used my points even with evidence. The lady at the first window literally lied to the manager claiming that I didn’t even stop my vehicle when I distinctly remember stopping, redeeming my reward and once I saw the points leave my account she said “okay you can go ahead”. The manager kept on claiming that the Mcdonald’s app was a separate entity and that she couldn’t just give me “free” food. I’m extremely disappointed about the experience, it’s not about money it’s about the principle. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I’ve never even left a google review before, but this really stuck with me because I’ve been going through a really rough time and small things like this can really push people over the edge. Do better.
