  Still trying to figure out why it takes a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to come up to the register. It's not like it's a once or twice thing. It's everyday with every customer that's there, no matter the time of day. Do better.

  Terrible service. I bought two coffee frappés Mocha and caramel), and they gave them to me melted. It took them a long time to prepare my order. I do not recommend this restaurant.

  Had a extremely busy day so just decided to grab a bite to eat on the way home Our food was ice cold so politely went inside to ask for a remake and the manager for night shift (skinny little white girl with long hair) was in the kitchen cussing a storm up that was clearly heard from everyone in the lobby who was also waiting for food to be remade because I guess they mess everyone’s order up …. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service from a MANAGER I hope McDonald’s reviews her as a employee because as a manager your supposed to be able to handle criticism and not run around the kitchen like a teenager throwing a temper tantrum because you’re not capable of doing your job properly what a joke this location is

  Had cash on me today went through the drive-through place. My order pull through the first window lady took my money $20 bill and give me a five back and she says oh I don’t have $.75 I was like OK what do you mean you don’t have any change at all and then she slides the window open To show me the round up and down with the change and I said OK well can I at least have like an extra one extra sauce yeah that’s no problem. I’ll let them know. OK next window ask girl with the window. I said oh can I get an extra sauce? My manager just doesn’t let me grab them. I said OK well, can you let your manager now that the girl at the first window said that you would give me a sauce because you don’t have $.75 to give me so an attitude I got my sauce and then slam the door in my face. Where is customer service but then again what do you expect nowadays if you don’t have to make change and have change. At all, then don’t accept cash cause now you’re just stealing from people. The food was OK. The fries were cold. The nuggets were good and the chicken sandwich was sloppy but overall average definitely had better McDonald’s elsewhere.
