  never received my order. the manager Lauren was very rude. called me demanding she was voiding my order because the JIMMY JOHNS app gave me too much of a discount. my lunch was planned for and now i’m out of my money. good job jimmy johns there goes mine and my kids lunch updated: it’s been over a week and i still have not received my money back for the food i never received. i reached out to the store as well as contacted customer service. i understand JJ has lots of money and doesn’t care about little people like me but my money is worth more then they think and id like it back. especially since i never got the food i tried to pay for.

  I accidentally dropped my sandwich. They made a whole new one.!! Always very nice and accommodating always helps me with my app and to get the best deal easy location in and out. I love their sandwiches and especially the bread.

  I ordered a bootlegger with a side of kicken ranch. Imagine my surprise when my kicking ranch was expired by three days and my Sandwich completely wrong. I don’t know how you can screw up meat, cheese, and mayonnaise, but they did.

  It is a very good restaurant they have really good and healthy food and they have very good customers service and friendly service.
