A few days ago, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location, which led me to give it the lowest possible rating. I was disappointed and frustrated with how the situation was handled. However, after I submitted my complaint to corporate, the store manager personally called me, sincerely apologized, and refunded my money. More importantly, he took ownership of the situation and made it right. The cornerstone of every successful business is its customers. There is an old saying that “the customer is always right.” Whether or not that is literally true in every situation, successful businesses understand that earning and keeping a customer’s trust is far more valuable than winning an argument. This manager didn’t just stop the business from losing a customer—he won me back. Knowing that he genuinely values his customers and is willing to resolve problems gives me the confidence to return to this location and spend my money there, knowing that I will be treated fairly. This isn’t just because of what he did for me personally. A business that makes the customer its cornerstone builds loyalty, trust, and long-term success. Too often, people in management rely only on their personal judgment when handling customer issues. But experienced business professionals understand that sometimes you have to set aside your own opinion and focus on preserving the customer relationship. Even when a customer may not be completely right, making a reasonable effort to resolve the issue and retain that customer is often the wiser business decision. Because of the professionalism shown by this manager, I am updating my review. He turned a negative experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation.

We asked for hot chocolate with whipped cream the person with me got a medium and I got a small but somehow we both got the same size cup and she got charged more? We both got whipped cream and usually get it with milk because an employee before has told us that the hot choclate is only made with milk. They charged us 60 cents more and the line was backed up so much 5 people in front of me left . When the lady with curly hair and glasses worked there everyone was served amazing now this place has gone down hill

Went to order inside. Shift manager was very unhelpful and sort of “ran away” and stood in the back drinking when i mentioned i couldn’t make the changes to the drink or donut selection desired through the kiosk. 2 other employees tried to help, having to yell to the manager in the back when they didn’t know why the options weren’t available or how to add them. Employees expressed dislike for the kiosk system. We just wanted to change oat milk for whole milk in my wife’s drink and add 4 donuts that were right in front of us on the racks but not in the kiosk. 8 people behind the counter and no one in drive thru!

Not a great experience the GM here needs to rethink how to treat people.
