  This is the SLOWEST place ever! I waited 15 minutes for donuts. They have ONE GIRL doing the orders for kiosk, mobile, and drive thru while the rest of them literally stand around doing nothing. The girl filling orders was working so hard while the others stood around and watched.

  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for over a year, and unfortunately the customer service has consistently been terrible. There always seem to be plenty of employees working, yet customers are almost always ignored. Not once have I been genuinely greeted or acknowledged when walking in. On the rare occasion someone does help, the interaction usually comes off as rude, dismissive, or condescending. The manager appears to be the only person who regularly interacts with customers, mainly for online orders and DoorDash drivers, and even those interactions are unpleasant. She often greets people with “WHAT?” in a very rude tone. Honestly, gas stations are more welcoming than this place has ever been. I have never been in an establishment that is this consistently unpleasant toward customer service and basic customer care. The atmosphere feels hostile and unwelcoming, and employees often glare at customers or intentionally avoid helping people. On top of that, the cleanliness and food handling are concerning. Employees frequently do not change gloves, touch food with bare hands, and seem to care very little about quality or sanitation. When I’ve politely asked for a replacement after watching food be handled improperly, I’ve been met with attitude and annoyance. This has happened more than 30 times over the past year. After experiencing the same issues over and over again for this long, it’s disappointing to see absolutely no improvement. The manager is extremely rude and dismissive, if you are able to get her attention because she is the only one that actually talks to people (for online orders only) she treats you terribly and makes the interaction as uncomfortable and inconvenient as possible. She also takes extra time or takes on additional tasks just to make you wait longer.

  12:30 on a Saturday and your iced coffee tastes old and burnt. I just came home and dumped a Mocha and a Carmel both down the sink. The closest place to my house and I just can't seem to get good coffee here anymore.

  The food is always cold. I kid you not I dare anyone to go to this location and get a turkey egg and cheese croissant and I promise you it’s going to be cold the cheese is just cold, the turkey itself is cold and it’s meet so I’m confused.

  I stopped by this Dunkin location recently and had a pretty unpleasant experience. I had never been to a Dunkin before, so I went inside because I had a quick question about one of the donuts before ordering. Instead of helping, the employee behind the counter kept talking on his headset and told me to use the kiosk without even acknowledging my question. I tried explaining that I just needed to ask something first, but he brushed me off and repeated that I should use the kiosk. Eventually I just placed my order on the kiosk. While I was doing that, I noticed the same employee sweeping the floor with a broom and handling the dust and dirt with his bare hands. What really concerned me was that right after that, he went to grab my donuts with those same bare hands and no gloves. Watching someone handle food right after sweeping the floor without washing their hands was honestly pretty disgusting. Between the poor customer service and the lack of basic hygiene when handling food, it was not a great first experience at Dunkin.
