- DBDaphne B2 days ago1.0Stopped into Dunkin this morning before church. Received my order and realized it was made incorrectly. I was not willing to miss church (waiting in line again. Line was already extremely long) and my understanding was that Dunkin’s policy is : “Love your order or we’ll make it right.” Nonetheless, stopped back in after church with the beverage and after having a small debate with Manager Amiya, I was turned away without having my drink remade. I could go on and on but I’ll just say this: If your restaurants policy is “We will make it right,” my expectation as a customer is just that! This experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had at Dunkin. I’m a little disappointed.

They were rude and not helpful having me wait for nearly 30 minutes make me feel my purchase was unwelcome. Not worth going to.

After I completed the transaction without adding a tip, she handed me the receipt and specifically told me that if I wasn’t going to tip at the register, I could use the information at the bottom of the receipt to leave her a tip afterward. It was very uncomfortable and felt completely inappropriate for an employee to directly pressure a customer for a tip.

However there was a barista named Sophie who was more than happy to help along with the rest of the baristas and we were so grateful for that. My parents, siblings and I were trying to order at the screens when my mom was having trouble and accidentally didn’t change the meat for the sandwich. When I asked Stacy directly if we could change the meat to sausage or order extra she said NO you can have bacon or no meat. Because the system won’t allow it. I will never recommend this location to family or friends. We live amongst robot people who have no desire to be helpful or keep good business and company.
