Sour cream was all over the floor. They were out of lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and carnitas. Very disappointed and left. We likely will make the drive to the location on International from now on. Way better!

I don’t wanna think it has anything to do with race, stereotypes or just not treating all customers the same.

I’ve never seen food like that in a chipotle. Usually it is fresh. The beans had a thick gross layer on top. Giselle refused to allow me to purchase one single taco to go. She told me I had to purchase a bowl. After cashing out, she just walked away. I asked her for my receipt and she yelled from the back it’s in the bag. Just disgusting human being and her manager witnessed the entire thing and just allowed it to happen. The gentleman making my food was very nice, and you could tell he was very uncomfortable with the people he had to work with.
