  I will say it was my first time at this location yesterday and all i gotta say is, it was the best experience i’ve gotten so far. There was this girl with jet black hair and glasses, didn’t get her name, but we chatted about all the things, she was just wonderful, i got a large iced blondie coffee, and that was also wonderful who ever made it did a great job. I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves coffee.

  I ordered a blackberry cobbler lemon freeze. I got an already melted and separating drink and as I drove off after trying it it wasn’t even what I ordered. I got someone else’s drink and it’s strawberry based. Idk what yall got going on there but this is exactly why I don’t order anything different I usually always get an iced coffee cause anytime I get anything else it’s always messed up and I live 30mins away and I had already sat there for a while while waiting on that drink and my son’s strawberry smoothie which his was actually correct and made perfectly. Y’all have to step the game up better or hire people who actually know how to do their jobs and I don’t want to sound rude I could’ve told them hey it doesn’t look like what I ordered but I didn’t want to upset anyone cause it was already starting to get busy and they were already having issues with whoever was making the drinks

  The guy who took my order told me that he didn’t have many party tricks and that he didn’t know how to do a backflip. But the service was excellent without the backflip anyhow. Coffee was also delightful! Yum

  I’ve never had a problem with Seven brew until now. Me and my mom went and got frozen drinks and they tasted like absolutely nothing. Very disappointed because I loved seven brew.

  Unless you’re a regular be prepared for bad customer service. Each time I come the iPad POS handlers aren’t welcoming or inviting and skip over vehicles. This location has no flow they’re all jumping around to different positions. Today when I went around 12pm I was passed in the drive thru line (by the same employee stated below) then I waited for my drink and I wasn’t being fully attentive (on my phone) One worker with red/auburn hair, a red shirt and sunglasses said “ma’am” as she shoved the drink into the window, no niceties for subpar beverages. If you’re not nice to customers they won’t come back. Especially in this economy.
