  I wanted to share feedback regarding our drive-thru experience with a young lady named Alex. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and came across as though she hated her job and had no interest in helping customers. When we politely asked if our order included the spicy ketchup and ranch, she repeatedly responded with, “Should be, should be,” without actually checking or providing a helpful answer. Her attitude made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, our drinks were handed to us overflowing and spilling, creating an unnecessary mess before we even drove away. We were traveling from Dallas to Destin and stopped expecting a pleasant experience, but instead we left feeling disappointed by the poor customer service. Someone in a customer-facing position should greet guests with professionalism and be willing to assist them. Unfortunately, this interaction fell well below those expectations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whataburger continues to set the standard for fast food. Every visit, the food is made fresh, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. The burgers are always juicy, the fries are perfectly seasoned, and the spicy ketchup is a must. The staff is friendly, professional, and works hard to make sure every customer has a great experience, even during busy times. What really stands out is the quality. You can tell they take pride in making food to order instead of just rushing it out. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for consistently great food and excellent service, Whataburger is hard to beat. Five stars every time!

The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly to order. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly cooked, and everything tasted like it had just come off the grill. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently, making the whole experience enjoyable. Even during a busy time, our order came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. If you’re traveling along Highway 331 or just passing through DeFuniak Springs, this is a great place to stop for a quality meal. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We waited 30 minutes for bland food that was not what we ordered. They seemed to be catering to the drive thru because everyone that was inside had to wait a long time to receive their order. I saw 3 other people taking back orders that were incorrect while we were waiting. We were traveling so we took ours to go. We didn't see that it was not what we ordered until back on the road. We just decided to eat somewhere else instead of taking the time to go back to this location. Whataburger is usually a pretty good choice for a quick bite but this location should be avoided.

  I only get the chance to eat Whataburger when I come to this area so I always stop to remind myself how good it is. The Dbl burger meal is a full hamburger- its not like mini meat. I got chicken fingers for the little guy, they are chicken fingers and not compressed meat. Will return when possible.
