  This place was AWESOME!! The food was out of this world. They serve the best french dip this side of New Orleans. They onion rings are spectacular! I highly recommend Sweet Southern Comfort.

  Very warm, needs more AC. Too many flies in the restaurant. Had to go find our own silverware. Our drinks were so sweaty, there was a small lake on our table that we had to ask the waitress to wipe up. They should have tablecloth’s or coasters to solve the problem. Appetizers tasted like they were premade, frozen food. Fried shrimp had no seasoning in the breading. French dip meat was stringy. Asparagus had absolutely nothing on it…no olive oil, no salt, no pepper. The only good dish was the Cajun fettuccine but it came with a soggy, floppy piece of bread that should’ve been grilled and crunchy. Absolutely do not understand why this place has such a high rating, we were very disappointed. Waffle house would’ve been a much better meal and only cost about 25% of what we paid.

  We walked in at 7:30 and were treated like we were a bother because they were trying to close. They didn't close until 9. The bartender didnt know how to make our drinks, the waitress seemed confused for the duration of our time there. We asked for napkins and received 2 (we were a party for 3). I was not informed that I could not sub my side on the special until I got my plate. The entire wait staff was sweeping, and cleaning before 8pm in preparation to leave and one swept my foot as I was walking to the restroom. The food was decent, but not worth $100 (mind you we only got 2 entrees with one drink a piece and pretzel bites). The experience and treatment from the waitstaff (including the manager/owner on his laptop at the bar treating patrons like they didn't belong because they walked in when he was trying to close at 8:15) will keep us from never returning to this establishment.

  The grilled cheese with brisket on it, is misleading. There is A LOT of brisket!! More like a brisket sandwich with cheese! And it was delicious!

  If you are looking for a cool place to sit down and have some very delicious food, this is it! We had never heard of this place, as we are not from the area. We were traveling and lucked out! The atmosphere is cool. The food is delicious! And the service was great! 10/10 if you are thinking of trying this place. Freid green tomatos were perfect. The fried chicken dinner was awesome! If we are ever in the area again, this is definitely a place we will be back to!
