  $44.79 For two lunch buffet 1 water 1 unsweetened tea We feel that is too much for a salad and slice or two.

  One of the servers escorted me out with an umbrella! How sweet. The food was delicious and the staff was WONDERFUL, when I come back to defuniak, mark my words I'll be at this buffet again

  Neil, Cloie, and Cailin ran that pizza hut like a BOSS!!! buffet was delicious as always and upon request, Neil got me a bbq pizza!! It was delicious, Cloie got me a drink and was just absolutely the sweetest to me as well. This was a great experience

  This is a general statement as I order from Defuniak Springs Pizza hut hut quite often, especially after work and such it's nice to call in a personal pan with mushrooms and extra cheese and it be fresh and hot by time I come through 😋 However the food isn't the only good part ! The employees are always a pleasure to speak and chat with, especially with Cailin,she always makes my day with her personalized chat, as if she remembers me it makes me feel like I'm apart of the crew! She takes the time to check my order and knows my regular just by my name popping up on the phone, it makes me feel very special Even when the employees are overwhelmed,they always find the time for me to personalize and glamorize my experience. 10/10 will come back plenty more, good job Pizza Hut!

  On August 7, I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 5:28 p.m. I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I reached the window and gave the employee my name, he informed me that my order was still being prepared. I understood and was willing to wait. About five minutes later, a female employee came to the window and asked me to pull around. Since my order only consisted of a personal pan pizza and it was already past the promised pickup time, I politely asked if she knew approximately how much longer it would be. She replied that it would be another five minutes. I then asked where she wanted me to pull and whether someone would be bringing my order out to my vehicle, as that had been done for me during a previous visit. Instead of answering my question professionally, she responded, “That’s not how this works.” She instructed me to pull all the way around behind the four vehicles that had entered the drive-thru after me. I explained that I would rather not do that because it seemed like it would only delay me further, especially since my order should have already been ready. At that point, her demeanor became very aggressive. She told me that I had to pull around and that if I did not, I would not receive my food. She then shut the drive-thru window in my face. Afterward, she went outside through the side door and spoke to each of the four vehicles behind me, telling them that I was causing a problem before bringing their food out to them. This was extremely embarrassing because I had remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Since I had neither received my order nor been given a refund, I remained at the window. About ten minutes later, the same employee returned and told me, “Ma’am, if you don’t leave, I’m going to call the cops and have you trespassed.” I told her she was welcome to call them because I genuinely did not understand why the situation had escalated to that point. She then said she was going to refund my money and that I would not be receiving my food. I asked to speak with the manager. After waiting another five to ten minutes, the employee who had originally helped me came back to the window, handed me my food, and said the manager would be with me shortly. I then waited another 5-10 minutes before finally speaking with the manager. I explained the entire situation and why I was confused by how I had been treated. The manager told me she would speak with the employee, but I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that nothing meaningful was done to address the situation. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that delays happen. My concern is not the wait itself, but the way I was treated. At no point was I disrespectful or confrontational. Being spoken to aggressively, having the window shut in my face, being threatened with police involvement, and being embarrassed in front of other customers was completely unacceptable. I hope this matter is reviewed so that no other customer has a similar experience.
