The first cone came out with finger prints all over the cone. The reason for the long wait time was that the ice cream was very frozen and hard, and it took that long to scoop it. Yet, the ice cream was melting and dripping. The second cone came out with hardly any ice cream on it, again, the employee explained that the other girl worked so hard on getting it out. Yet, the ice cream was soft and almost melting. Gross food, terrible service. Over priced. And SLOW.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
