That was laziness. He served that with a milkshake spoon. I asked for a sturdier spoon - an ice cream spoon - and wasn’t given one. I successfully got my ice cream out of the bowl and onto the cone. The person with me got a sugar cone that was so stale that it was inedible. One star because I can’t no star.

He apologized to us multiple times for “being slow” meanwhile my boyfriend and I were just in awe of how much he was dealing with. I believe his name was Ashley. He had a dark beard, hat and sunglasses. He was very kind and attended to us in between his other orders and I wish we had the money to tip him more! He was great. Also the ice cream is pretty good.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
