  This was supposed to be the pan pizza... I have worked making pizzas before. I understand how you are supposed to make a pan pizza. I have also gotten a Papa John's pan pizza. This is not it. What had most likely happened is that they didn't put it in a pan. There is no crust, which would have formed from the cheese touching the PAN. Here is the worst part though. Do not call corporate because they just want you to submit a feedback through a form. They will either remake a pizza that they do not know how to make here or give you a "credit" which is for the pizza they don't know how to make here. Just ask for a refund to your card and bring the pizza back. Not worth the hassle. Edit: just got the remake and this is how it's supposed to be with the sides raised from it being in a pan.

  So I placed an order last week and my favorite thing for Papa John's Pizza is there pepperoncinis I get my order I ordered two extra orders of pepperoncinis and there was one single pepperoncini in the Box! So I called and spoke to a young man and he was very pleasant he did not let me know he was a manager until I asked him at the end and I tell you when I say this guy's got customer service skills you better believe he does he made it right and was the politest customer care that I have dealt with in a long time he needs to be a GM of his own restaurant he did not tell me he was a manager until the end when I asked him he has went above and beyond his name is Ryan This will be the only Papa John's I order pizza from from here on out!

  The black short “General” manager with the fro REFUSE TO WASH HIS HANDS WHEN ASKED AFTER TOUCHING THE REGISTER AND ANSWERING PHONE AND RECEIVING MONEY before starting my order. He refused to give me his real name gave me the name MIKE which I encounter a conversation with him before about cutting the grass out front because it was RIDICULOUS HIGH and made the business looked bad. His issue was he didn’t want to pay because it came out of his salary check! I ask him today to wash his hands and his reply was if he has to wash his hands he will cancel order. So I took my service elsewhere to little ceasers down the street. I’ve been getting pizza from this facility for decades and will no longer eat at this location. If this is you general Manager he is horrible have horrible customer service and does not know the policy about washing hands and need to be taught health risk. Inside was not clean and I will be calling above for cleaning inspection. Horrible person to make a general manager to NOT WANT TO WASH HIS HANDS IN FOOD INDUSTRY

  Online ordered a buffalo chicken papadia, with no onions add jalapeño. Instead I have bacon and onions, but no jalapeños. Called the store and was placed on hold for over 1 hour and was told they cannot redeliver the order and wanted me to pick up instead when i paid for online delivery. Worst customer service ever I do not recommend anyone to order at papa John’s
