The waitress was kind and attentive. The food was delicious. There was a situation where a wooden piece of the seat feel off as another customer was sitting. Also the floor was very slippery, which made it uncomfortable walking (as there is no clear path to the restrooms).

I went into outback last night, which was Friday. I was not greeted with a smiling hostess, rather I was greeted With a frown and somebody that did not want to be there. She did not say welcome, she asked how she could help me. I told her a table for one, she immediately tried to seat me next to Two children that were climbing over the seats. I told her that was not acceptable. On a sidenote, for you, parents, the outback and other restaurants like it are not a playground for your children. It is not appropriate to let your children jump all over furniture and run around the restaurant, other diners do not want that. If you can’t control your kids or don’t raise them properly, go to McDonald’s, they have a playground and they can have all the fun they want. Anyways, she sat me at another table, left all silverware and plates there as if four people were going to be dining. There, didn’t say anything like a server will be with you, the menu fell on the floor, she looked at it and kept walking. If this is not going to start your night off horribly, I don’t know what else would. Anyways, I put that behind me and was looking at the menu. I already knew what I really wanted. I just glanced anyways. In nine minutes, bus boys, waiters, waitresses, and even a manager walked by and nobody asked if I needed anything. Remember, I do not have a drink on my table or anything. This is a pure sign of poor Management. Simple. Anyways, I went upfront nest to speak to the manager and he apologize for that and I just told him I wanted him to know that it was poor service and I started to walk out and he asked if he could try to make it better and I replied to no. Then, with a smart ass response, he screams out, “have a nice night”. So, when you look at the reviews on here from a month ago, two months ago, three months ago, two weeks ago and even today, it’s the same theme, horrible food and horrible service. This is a sign that an establishment is not managed properly. The crazy part is, they always reply with, “Contact us at this website”. Why would I need to contact you? Am I going tell you how to run your restaurant? Look at the reviews, look at the complaints and fix it, it’s not that hard. I will never be back to this restaurant, normal I ever suggested for anyone. Stay away.

3 times since February. They are understaffed every time. It’s comical at this point. Just go to the Coral Springs one. We only come here because mom is in a facility down the street. You’d think they would fix the issue.

Outback chain was always my to go to place to dine in with family, last weekend I went to dine in and was looking forward to having a good time and great food. Everything we ordered from the appetizer to the entrées was completely soaked with salt. I don’t know if the chef decided to take the top off the shaker and dump it on all of our food. we ordered different things like steak, Baby back ribs, baked potato, rice, and broccoli, and every single thing was soaked in salt, then on top of all that, our waitress never checked in on us or asked how our food was, we couldn’t eat our food because it was so salty. It hurt my chest from the amount of salt there was in the food, and the baked potato looked and tasted like it was thrown in the microwave it wasn’t completely cooked n tasted nasty with a can of salt over it, and the waitress never once said how is your food? Can I do anything for you? Our plates were still full of food. She comes in and says I’m gonna get you to go boxes. Again never asked how we were doing, then she went off got boxes and left again with no chance for us to say anything or ask her anything. this was very disappointing. I will never go to this restaurant again.
