- AHAniah Hines4 days ago2.0I want to preface this by saying I’m not trying to be offensive in any way. However, this is the only way I can describe this employee due to the fact he is so irate, unprofessional, and argumentative. That I couldn’t read his name tag from how aggressive he was the first time we had an encounter. He is a brown man with a heavy accent. My Mother ordered our usual frozen and ice coffees the first time we met him over the counter. We get these orders all the time and know what our coffees should look like and taste like. However, for some reason, this guy doesn’t make the orders as told to him? I specifically asked for a Frozen coffee with 2 Carmel and 2 mocha swirls. We got our coffees and noticed immediately that they weren’t correct. We politely asked if they could be remade to our liking. However, this guy argued us down and tried to tell us how we should like our coffees. Weird! Luckily, a sweet female colleague understood our concerns and remade them for us (while he was still berating us mind you). We thanked her and left. Now TODAY he’s clearly been moved to the drive thru. I ordered myself and my mother’s order as usual and recognized this man’s voice again. He proceeded to make our coffees wrong PERSONALLY again. Then when confronted about it (via a different very respectful black man) the brown male employee took that personally and PRETENDED to remake my drink and forced the black man to take the blame for it. Now I’m writing this review. Hes making the environment hostile for his coworkers and customers.

I really appreciated her excellent customer service—it’s refreshing to see someone who is happy to help and makes you feel comfortable. Parvin was amazing!
