  This is the slowest Dunkin in the area. I was only 3 cars back and waited almost 20 min in the drive thru.

  I gave 5 stars for service, Sonia is outstanding, professional and just genuinely sweet!! This dd would run better if everyone followed her work ethics. This location needs a deep cleaning, the window cells have been dirty for at least 2 weeks. The tables usually need attention!! Thank you!! ✌️

  Every time I come to the Dunkin’ Donuts, they have so much patience and they take care of you ASAP and if you have any questions, they answered them. I went into the store again today through the drive-through and I had a points to use towards my order and I lost my points. The young man comes to the window immediately walks me through helps me out and puts my order through and he even show me how to use my point. God bless that young man it’s unbelievable how people take their time to treat customers with CPR courtesy, professionalism and respect. I really appreciate the folks working in there God bless you all. Thank you for a great experience.

  It's really a shame that this location is the one that's so conveniently located by my job. Because they are horrible in the morning. I order the same sandwich every single time I come here and I always order it with American cheese yet they insist on not paying attention to the order and putting the white cheddar that it comes with normally. Then they have the nerve to tell me well nobody really orders it this way. I do I've been ordering it that way for years and when they don't have the sweet black pepper sandwich I ordered the maple bacon again with American cheese. So of course this morning I snapped because I already knew before I got there that the order was not going to be correct and the little witch behind the counter had the nerve to tell me to calm down. That's a really stupid thing to say to a woman and as a fellow woman she should know better. I'm not going to stand back and take this crap and hear every single time oh I'm sorry. You're not sorry if you were sorry you would prove it by actually reading the freaking order on the screen. What's even worse is I tell them this is how I ordered it look at the order I placed and they look at me like I grew a second head. And every time they're like oh I'm sorry. No you're not sorry. Show me that you're sorry by making my order right and not looking at me like I just grew a second head because you can't believe that I'm telling you you're wrong. Do better.
