  I went in yesterday and I was shocked at how clean it was. All the tables were clean, the floor was clean. I hope they keep it that way, as Chipotle restaurants are always Filthy. It felt great that I even decided to eat there, when I usually order and take it home since every table is always dirty and sticky floors.

  David the store manager if that is actually his name had what looked like his friend from panda express in the store vaping. I was there with kids and asked the man to stop vapeing inside. He refused ok so I go to the counter asking for a manager the guy looked around as if there was no manager. So I asked him to address the vaping inside. He refused saying he won't. Very non sealant way. I sit down but the vape still going and the smell is getting stronger. The manager and his friends start making comments. Very unpleasant experience. It seems like staff quality of these stores are going down to the bottom of the barrel.

  Chicken texture and taste was very off. Ordered side of chips and it was 1/3 of the bag. Service not friendly.

  Finding a piece of a food-preparation glove in my meal was extremely concerning, especially because I’m currently pregnant. Since I wasn’t comfortable going back myself, I sent my husband to let the staff know, not because we were looking for anything unreasonable, but because we felt it was a serious food safety issue that deserved attention. What was most disappointing wasn’t even the glove it was how the situation was handled. He wasn’t met with an apology or any concern. Instead, the staff asked, “What do you want us to do?” and came across as dismissive. They explained they couldn’t issue a refund because the order was placed through a third-party app, which we completely understood. Our concern was never about the refund it was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or acknowledgment that finding part of a glove in someone’s food is unacceptable. I still don’t understand how a piece of a disposable glove ended up in my bowl, and I sincerely hope this incident leads to better food handling practices. I’ve contacted corporate because I believe situations like this should be taken seriously, and I hope changes are made to prevent it from happening to anyone else.
