  This was the most brain dead chipotle I've ever been to. I asked the woman a clear cut question, what type of protein are the safritas? and she walked off to the back room without saying a word to me and came back with a massive bowl of white rice. I said that's way too much rice and I don't want white rice and she just stood and stared at me. She was gone for a couple minutes and I asked the other staff if she's coming back and they just stared at me with blank faces. She then said you asked for white rice plain and I'm like no that's not at all what I said. Staff looked like zombies, when you spoke to them they stared blankly back at you like you didn't say anything at all. And I had to ask the same question multiple times before anybody would respond. I don't know if this is a language barrier, but eventually everybody acted like they understood me speaking English. So I don't think that's what it was. For a moment I thought the one lady might be deaf and that was the explanation for her misunderstanding. But then I flat out asked her if she could hear me and she responded yes, so I have no idea what the miscommunication was. Long story short, management needs to do something to pep up their staff so they act like they want to be there, or pay enough money to get somebody who actually does want to be there.

  To the headquarters, management must be replaced or back to training school. Walked in to get a bite two of the employees were fighting where customers were eating.

  Was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The employee who served me acted like he could care less no eye contact,no greeting, no communication whatsoever. He just stood there like a zombie carelessly slopping food onto my plate. To make matters worse the food tasted old not fresh at all. I won't be coming back to this location unless they seriously make some huge Improvements

  Just came from this chipotle every time I come here something’s off they don’t have white rice today during lunch lunchtime. Come on get it together. And the guy complaining that nobody tipped his jar on the job very unprofessional

  Service is so rude every time I go there they ask me to go to another chipotle because I make a big burrito it’s your job and if you don’t like it leave
