- LBLocal Truth BombJun 19, 20261.0Do not eat at this Chick-fil-A. I've been to plenty of other locations, and the difference is night and day. At a real Chick-fil-A, you order your food and it comes out hot, fresh, and juicy. At this one, run by owner Susan Leffert, everything is pre-prepared and sitting around waiting. I went in and ordered three sandwiches, plus chicken bites and tenders for my kids. I arrived home to hungry kids, open the bag. Every single sandwich was cold, soggy, and frankly disgusting, pre-made to the point of being completely unpalatable. I threw all of it in the trash, took pictures, and called the head office. I spent almost 35 minutes on the phone with corporate, only to be told that how the situation gets handled is up to the store owner, Susan Leffert. Her solution to my ruined $45 order? One free sandwich. I called back, emailed her directly, and asked for a simple refund. Her response to that was a coupon for a free dessert. A refund was apparently too much to ask. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Chick-fil-A is supposed to stand for freshness, strong values, and high customer satisfaction. Susan Leffert is a disgrace to that name. For comparison, I recently visited the Palmetto location and the service was incredible, the food fresh and hot, exactly how it's supposed to be. Truett would be rolling in his grave. They say you're more likely to get into an Ivy League school than to be approved as a Chick-fil-A franchisee. And this is who they handed it to: Susan Leffert. Cheap location, awful experience. Avoid it.

Almost every time you come here, you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your food with an empty line! And don’t bother ordering ahead because it’s the same wait time. Then, you should triple check that you got what you asked for because, chances are they didn’t give you your sauces, and/or whatever you asked for. It’s a shame that this location doesn’t represent a true chick-fil-a experience.

Even if you order a salad they give it to you with no dressing or packet it comes with no fork, drinks no ice at times. Management needs to train better!
