  Just moved to area around bravo supermarket. It turned out to be a simple run to the store. Today Friday May 29th,went to get several hydrating drink real quick,as I was coming home from work on my bicycle. I had my backpac fully on with my work boots and helmet gloves in my backpac, immediately walking in I was approached by security not to say hello welcome to bravo nice to see you. I was immediately looked up on as a thief, by this security guard wearing sunglasses in the store at around 5pm. He asked was that all I was getting, 3 drinks from cooler on right just inside doors,I said yes. I purchased my items and saw the restroom sign and a place to sit, I thought that was nice,to use restroom and hydrate quickly in the a/c. My friend ended up calling was on phone, when guess who the security guard interrupted my phone call to say my bag had to go to customer service. It just seemed a little too much,I'm not sure racism because I'm white ,I would hope not. So I packed everything up,and left the store for good. Said just because some security guard in a 20$ amazon uniform, got a little big headed because I guess his uniform. My 100 to 150$ is not by all means gonna shake the store by me not going but, it's just sad.

  Worst gracert carts . Management will point you to a sign to read outside after your cart locks up 2nd time and last time manager on duty felt I should read the sign to unlock my full cart of grocery's stuck on sidewalk not near my vehicle. I've been using grocery cart for 5 decades only here where if your white no service place sucks don't waste your time trying to reason walk 50 yards back to the sign and read how to rescue your grocery's

  Went to buy some items at the Bravo in Deerfield Beach FL . They open at 7:00AM. It was 7:30 AM and the was no cashiers. I had to check out at customer service and the wait time was long. Bad experience today!
