The employee working didn’t acknowledge anyone coming in or waiting in line, even though several of us had been standing there for quite a while. When it was finally my turn, she was impatient and snapped at me for not immediately specifying my order, then rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. On top of that, the sandwich itself was poorly made and didn’t taste fresh at all. Between the low-quality food and the rude, unprofessional attitude, it completely ruined my visit and honestly put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. I won’t be returning to this location.
