  Employees were fairly friendly, but sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had from a Jimmy John’s (and I’ve had a lot). The bread was hard and either not fresh or overcooked. They also didn’t get my sandwich order right, even with me being their only customer at the time. Really disappointed.

  Corey Love and Amelia were so attentive today. When the phone rang while he was taking my order he politely stepped away excusing himself to answer and she came from the back, with cleaning spray. She asked had I been helped and jumped right into action to help. After the order. Corey made the food and Amelia went to clean the restaurant. It was already tidy lookimg so she's doing a good keeepimg it clean after other guest leave. Awesome teamwork and very attentive to customers. This is the service everyone deserves. 5 stars for these employees.

  Weather delay at Rockville. They were slammed and scrambling. They handled like mad pros!!! And they don’t get tips except cash but they should get 25% on a night like this across from a crazy large venue mopping up the overflow.

  My sister and I walked over when WTR evacuated due to weather. The place was packed and there were only 2 workers. The 2 of them absolutely killed it for how busy they were and the food was amazing. Both boys definitely deserve raises after the service I was given this evening!

  It’s a clean restaurant but when I visited they were training a new associate and the sandwich was very poorly made. I’m pretty sure it was missing half of the meat that should have been on it. I understand that everyone has to learn somewhere, but should it be at the customers expense? Maybe they could offer a free cookie or brownie when training new associates?
