  The most incompetent people ever. I ordered from this place multiple times through DoorDash and they keep getting my order wrong. This will be the third time they got my order wrong. How hard is it to read an order on the screen and grab the correct item a child could do this. Don’t even order from this store

  My fiancé and I just came through the drive through of this establishment. The closing time states 12:00 so we stopped in to grab a bite. To start off the woman taking our order was pretty rude and off putting with her tone and demeanor. Second of all, I tried to order the mango chiller drink and they said they broke down the machine already. Okay cool no biggie. But what got me is that my fiancé ordered a #2 and upon leaving and looking in the bag, it was just chicken, rice and beans. I wanted him to turn around but due to the lady who took our order, he did not. I tried to call but it goes straight to a customer service line which now I can see makes sense. Probably been a long night for the crew in there but I have worked in food service in high demand restaurants and I know that things can get hectic but it was pretty dead in there when we stopped by. I wouldn’t come back at night, maybe when the suns up people with a better mood and attitude about the job they chose will be in service and provide the food you pay for appropriately.

  I ordered the steak tropi cop bowl. The meat had a lot of the black stuff from the grill (carbonized grease) it made me and cause my blood pressure to sky rocket and made me vomit.

  I ordered two large Tropichop Bowls today with the works (all the vegetables) as I always do, and I only got the meat, rice, beans and a couple of small peas, a couple of tiny carrot pieces, and a couple of small red pepper pieces. There were no other vegetables in it. Usually, there are tomatoes, onions, corn, etc. This is not the typical experience I have always gotten and I am not happy with this order.

  We stopped on Sunday after shopping at Costco. The staff was polite & Service at the drive-through was as-expected. I am originally from South Florida and grew up eating Pollo Tropical. It used to be delicious. I was shocked to see this piece of charred thigh when I opened the container at home. I could not eat half of the thigh and leg simply because they were completely burnt. What happened to the pride in serving delicious, delectable chicken? I was originally sad that I forgot to ask for all dark meat in my 1/2 chicken meal, but the white meat was the only chicken I could eat without picking out charred chunks. Do better or this one will shut down like the Port Orange Pollo Tropical did years ago.
