    This location hit a all time low. Nobody at the counter. After 3 minutes, said hello 3 times before someone took my order. Waited at a table ( it was dead, no one else there ) for 9 to 10 minutes. Chicken nuggets were cold, so was my hamburger. Fries were over cooked, as well as cold. On the bright side, the soda was perfect !! McDonalds sometimes gets a bad rap, but , even so, they are usually professionally run. There is absolutely no professionalism at this particular location

    I live across the street from this location so I order often out of convenience. There is absolutely no hustle here to get orders out and that starts from the top. The brown haired, big eyed manager has mastered the art of no eye contact to customers and that behavior has trickled down to the staff. Of course that's only when she's not outside smoking cigarettes with a full lines inside and drive-thru. This is a service business and the service stinks. The only reason it's still in business is because there's no competition for fast food for miles and miles. Do better.

    Had to speak to 5 of the 6 people working to get my food. Unsure what made things so difficult. Online order shouldnt take 15mins to aquire. Im unsure how in 2026 your able to burn the beef patties at a mcdonalds as 20ish years ago when I worked there it was fool proof. Not sure what yall got going on but pretty sure at this point ill just take my chances at the ridgewood/Mason store...

    Shitty experience. They skipped over my order simply cause I needed a receipt. They kept talking shit about me behind the little wood wall. Constantly saying “the one who needs the receipt” everytime they said shit. I was right on the opposite side of the wall and could hear them clearly. Don’t come here. It’s unprofessional, they refuse to give you a receipt, then can’t even get your order right as they have it on a screen infront of you and keep saying “ask the one who wants a receipt what their drink is. Ask them what size” I just simply said look at your screen or the receipt you refuse to give me since it’s all right there.

    If I could give a 0 star I would, the manager that looks like a man, Cheryl wants to be rude to me and my friends when we ordered frappes on the screens like we knew they were out of it. And she only asked one of us that was already over there what he wanted instead of the frappe and he said regular coffee and she didn’t ask any of us so she got us all the regular coffee, we ask for a switch and she wants to give us attitude and say it’s the same thing as the frappe, which it’s not. And so I order a dirty Dr Pepper then she says she can’t make that but it’s literally cheaper than the frappe, so a manager has to customer service and don’t know the menu at all. We just wanted some lunch on our vacation and some manager that hates her job what’s to take out her bad day on all of us. Have a great day Cheryl!
