  All shifts move slow as ever. Especially the late night shift. They move at their pace, that’s why the lines are always long here. Poor management for all shifts, new management and supervisors needs to take over this place.

  Got there 10 minutes before close we was in drive through line with other cars people...when we got up there...they was serving the ones in front of us at the windows..but told us they would not serve us because it was after 12 but we was in line before 12. Very bad customer service. We won't be back to this location.

  The girl at window 2 at around 4pm NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! First she looked high as a kite. Second I have never in my life met someone so rude!!!! It felt like we inconvenienced her day by coming through the drive through. She almost tossed the food at us, it was incomplete missing all drinks and all sauces when it was all on the receipt of what was supposed to be in there. We were very patient and polite but she started huffing and puffing. Then we told her we were missing a coffee and she got a huge attitude and was just so rude saying they are sold out and then acting surprised when we wanted a refund. We ended up waiting 20 mins for the coffee which actually wasn’t sold out. So disappointing to see young people with no customer service or social skills. Won’t be coming back to this place again

  Came to pick up an order and George told me “I'm not getting food from the god damn back”. I was so in shock I didn't even know what to say. This is my first time at this location and that was so uncalled for all I did was give the name. George needs to learn how to talk to people. Lady that attended me was much nicer. 5/7/2026 at 12:55pm

  I will never return to this mcdonalds again. The employees were all acting like fools and they never came out with our order. I had to go up to the front counter and tell them what i ordered and when they came back up they only gave me the sandwiches I ordered and I had to tell them I also had one small fry and two mediums and 5 sweet and sour sauces. They also didn't give me the two drinks I ordered I also had to tell them. All of night shift crew needs to be fired it is completely unacceptable. The whole lobby was also a complete mess. Ketchup on tables, table numbers still sitting and floors covered in shoe marks and sauces. The manager was just talking to whoever on the phone while the crew making the food was just clowning and messing up people's orders.
