  I had been attending Welcome To Rockville in the area and hadn’t eaten much all weekend before stopping here before the last day to get lunch. Food was hot and delicious. And whomever did the fries, thank you for cramming it full, I’ve had many other McDonald’s locations give me half empty large fries so props to you.

  Bro every time I come here, there’s always some kind of inconvenience. Why would you pack hotcakes and sausage but no fork? And they do something like this every time I go to this location I’m just going to stop coming here. Are you can’t take 30 seconds to add a two dollar drink in the drive-through. You’re really trying to make me get out of the drive-through and get back in line to get one drink? I’m never coming to this raggedy location ever again.

  I initially purchased a Quarter Pounder that was undercooked/raw in the center. After being unable to reach anyone by phone the first day, I contacted the store again and was told to come back in person, without any apology or consideration for the inconvenience of driving 25 minutes- until I changed my tone rudely When I returned, my order was remade—and the replacement burger was also undercooked. At that point, the General Manager had to personally step in and prepare the food. This is no longer an isolated mistake. This reflects a clear issue with food safety practices and employee training within this location. I also want to note that I have prior experience working with McDonald’s, including training, and I understand the standards that are expected—particularly when it comes to ensuring burgers are fully cooked before being served. This should not have happened once, let alone twice. This situation raises serious concerns about: - Food safety compliance - Staff training and supervision - How customer concerns are being handled at the management level I have documented this experience and retained photos. I expect this matter to be addressed appropriately, including corrective action at the store level and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of this issue.
