  I love Krispy Kreme and this location is great. Been here many times with no issues. The service is always prompt and professional. Today I went for just one specialty donut and an iced latte, but got an additional free original glazed with my order which was a nice little surprise.

  The store needs to deactivate their tiny parking lot facing Nova. It is dangerous and it is causing a lot of traffic problems.

  Came here with my boyfriend and my best friend to finish off our Welcome to Rockville vacation. We loved the retro atmosphere and the food was really good, but the service was terrible. The girl behind the counter, a short girl with round glasses and red/orange hair, was extremely rude to us. The three of us have all worked food service and retail so we understand not really enjoying your job, but when we're in and out in less than 5 minutes? It's not necessary. We got a dozen box, paid, and then real quick added and paid for a single, that we apologized for. She stopped, very clearly rolled her eyes, glared at us, and then threw our donut on the counter and didn't say a word to us the entire time. Absolutely unnecessary attitude.

  My favorite part of this visit was engaging with the two young ladies. Dunkin’ Donuts is always good to me and when I meet great workers, it truly inspires me to go back again one day when I’m in the area. They keep the place clean and family oriented. The service was excellent. The grilled cheese was done well as well as the iced coffee.

  Good location. Easy to access. Exactly what you’d expect in terms of quality of the donuts when you’re at Krispy Kreme. Very good. Only downside, no bathroom.
