The brief interaction I did have with staff was pleasant and respectful, and I felt welcomed as a customer. My only issue was with the app. After placing my order, I never received a notification that it was ready. I arrived at the store about 45 minutes later and found that my order had already been sitting on the pickup shelf. The app did not update to show the order as ready until approximately five hours later, shortly before the store closed. Because the food and in-store experience were positive, I'm only deducting one star. The delayed order notification was inconvenient, whether it was caused by a technical issue or something else. Other than that, the experience was good.
