- AAAlanna AnctilJun 29, 20261.0I don't recommend coming to this dunkin. Every time we come which is rare, Their is a problem with the food we order. Today I came In with me and my mom I asked for a “plain bagel with cream cheese toasted”. When i got it they cut in half but they didn't ask questions, what if i didn't want it cut in half. I don't mind but thats why you ask questions to the customer so you can get it right for them. When i got in the car, I took it out and it was a regular bagel. I asked toasted because i loved toasting my bagel but it looked like they just grabbed a plain bagel and add cream cheese on it, it was not toasted at all. 0% toast. I didn't want it, but I gave it to my mom. We also had an issue with has browns i know we forget we asked for crispy but they were like the crumbled chips at the bottom of the bag they were not eatable. They were falling apart they were gross cold, and i wasn’t happy with it i was eating it like it was crumbled chips. We enjoyed out drinks but every time i come here, I get disappointed and I cant seem to comprehend why this always happens. I don't write review, but i'm tired of being quiet.

They are EXTREMELY RUDE, god forbid you get the little blonde girl who works the drive through window. Extremely rude and doesn't know the menu correctly, puts drinks in wrong everytime she runs the window. So honestly I would save your self the hassle, DUTCH BROS AND SEVEN BREW right next door!!! Starbucks is down the road!!
- LBLondon BluJun 1, 20261.0Stopped in today asked for two frozen coffees no sugar it took the server over 20 minutes to try to prepare it after 20 minutes. Still nothing at the window waiting with the car running we left people need training. They don’t know what they’re doing there young girls, blah blah blah with their friends and not concentrating manager needs restructuring and direction. She should have been their hands-on showing that girl have to make that frozen coffee she started shaking it out of the picture. It was so thick. It went over the sides of the cup sitting in my car outside the window I could look right in and see what was going on. She was completely lost had no clue again after 20 minutes we left.
