I am a child and very nice but her manager did come over and apologized to me but it was very rude and inconsiderate that she didn’t.

- BBBeachGirlMay 2, 20261.0I went to Dunkin yesterday for a small Cafe Latte and a boston cream donut. I rarely go to Dunkin so I was kind of excited about this junk food I was going to enjoy. My donut had about a 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate frosting on it...that was a bummer. Then, this is where this gets really irritating, I pull out of the drive thru and try to put my straw into the top of the lid, well...it wasn't cooperating...because there was no opening. So that was helpful. But now it gets gross....I drink roughly 5 sips and on the sixth one I feel something on my tongue...I thought "oh no, it's not, no, eew...." yep it was a black, course, curly hair on my tongue! Needless to say I was already gone and was absolutely disgusted....wasted $8 & some change to take 1 bite of a donut that was clearly iced in the dark and to sip up (remember the lid had no straw opening) someone's nasty hair. I threw it away and felt that phantom hair on my tongue for the rest of morning! Not cool!
