  I was invited to an event there, and it was wonderful. I got to meet General Manager Jonathan and the Sales Manager Grace and had a very productive conversation. All the employees and our server were amazing. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back again!

  What a great venue, there is something to be said about watching the World Cup with a drink in hand. Food was excellent and the drinks and beer selection should please everyone. Of course the games are awesome, being over half a century old, it’s great to find the kid in me again. A good time for any age.

  Went in with a small party of 5. Dinning alone took 2 and a half hours. We had to flag down our waitress every single time we needed something, I had to physically walk up and get her twice, both times she was on her phone. Nice lol. We asked for our checks, which she messed up and we waited 35 minutes for. We ordered dessert for the BIRTHDAY GIRL, which never came to the table. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times in the whole visit. Horrendous service, and insanely overpriced for the experience. Would never recommend going here to anyone.

  This was by far the worst trip ever to Dave and Busters. My bill was over $200.00 i had to get silverware myself, we didnt relieve any napkins. I had to ask the bar tender to refill drinks due to the server never paying us any attention. After eating we waited for over 25 minutes trying to pay my bill. I also watched 3 other tables at the same time waiting. I was very disappointed as we always have always had good experiences. However hats off to the bar tenders and the hostess! They performed on the highest level!

  Visited for the first time... I'm not sure how the place is supposed to be ran but I seen maybe three workers the whole time ( the ticket master, the janitor, the bar tender) I didn't order food or drink so can't give it a rating .. I wasn't greeted at all upon entry, the place was pretty dirty .. empty beer glasses sitting around um attended.. random cleaning supplies laying around.. I mean they had a a swiffer laying on the floor next to a game lol.. I spent a lot of money, a lot of games were busted .. some definitely felt rigged.. hit 5000 3xs on a ski ball machine and got like 20 tickets lol .. idk.. i think I'll try Chucky cheese next time. Most of the prices were junk or over priced .. felt over rated.. but maybe it's more fun if you're drinking.
