  We live closer to this location than the others in the Daytona Beach area but we have given up. it is dirty, staff is rude and the thing that matters most is the food, they never clean the serving unit or area, they mostly add new foo into the old containers which are gross and dried up on the sides. I love the concept but none of our area locations are well managed and this is by far the worst!

  This Chipotle is disgusting from a cleanliness standpoint. Don't think I've ever seen a dirtier restaurant. The food service area was filthy, tables, floors, utensil area and don't get me started on the restrooms. Amazed that the health dept. allows this business to operate.

  We decided not to eat here since the tables, floors, seats and restrooms were all incredibly dirty. Although coming all the way from Japan and craving burritos, we refrained nonetheless. Not worth the risk.

  I was told they cannot make a quesadilla because it takes 5 minutes to make. Every other chipotle I’ve been to will make one and it doesn’t take that long. The portion of the guacamole was also very small. The steak was dry, unflavored and overcooked. Whoever is running this location is incompetent and not manger material.

  I’m not sure who I need to reach out to for a refund. I ordered my food, with a cup for a drink. This was placed through the app. I come in to pick up, open my bag… no cup. Ok no big deal it happens. Go get my cup, “btw the ice machine is broken” … alright I’ll suck it up. Went to pour myself a drink and it’s pure water like it’s empty. Go to the other side poured fine…. Got in my car tasted it and why did it taste flat and like Dr Pepper? Im a little irritated but I’ll be fine. Take a bite of my food, no sour cream even though it says it on my order. Now I’m pissed. Go to the app explain to the bot what my issue is… 2 free drinks? What am I supposed to do with that? Called the store another bot.I’m not even a Karen but this actually pissed me off. I want a full refund. And please if your ice machine is down, and your drinks are barely working as is pls turn it off on the app so your customers don’t waste their money. This is coming from a restaurant owner !!
