  Better then most chipotle locations food tastes okay most times got a burrito the employee didnt know how to roll it was still in training lol took 10 mins to get my burrito after long day of work definitely need more professionals working at that location and also most of times dont have ice cups napkins always empty need to focus more on staff training and quality

  It was raining and water from the roof dripped down into our food. And apparently there is NOTHING the staff can do about a weather related issue, even though out food was now ruined. Pretty sad way to treat your customers

  Haven't been in over four years and thought maybe it would be a better experience - I was wrong. It puzzles me that such a successful restaurant chain can have such terrible customer service. No Hello or Welcome - nothing. No smiles and certainly no help while constructing your meal. I just don't understand??? No training to be friendly? That's the absolute minumum you should get at any business. Spoke with the manager. She was just as unfriendly and her answer was that the girl was just a kid and new and we should not expect too much - seriously? When I asked for a phone number of a District Manager she said there was none. When I asked for her name, she would not give it to me (for safety concerns). We know what is happening in this country and it is so sad that this is exceptable. This should not be a successful business. Tables were uncleaned and took a few minutes to get them wiped off. Food is good, but no better than any of their competitors. The lettuce was almost empty and swimming in water,and when I asked for "dry" lettuce, the unfriendly kid told me it was always like that and just kept on going. Can't do much worse if they tried. The manager had a bigger problem with me than she did of her unfriendly employees. To top it off, the unfriendly kid came out and said if I had a problem with her customer service I should have mentioned it to her. Wow.

  This was the worst Chipolte experience I've ever had! The restaurant was dirty, trash on the floor, they were out of fajita veggies, you couldn't buy a soda because the syrup was out for all of them. They had no ice to even get water, but they did refill it right away when I told them. One of the workers on the line got very frustrated bc the fajita veggies were out and threw the empty bowl she had in her hand and got off the line and went to the back to do something on her phone. I can just tell the work atmosphere was very negative. We love Chipolte but will be avoiding this one.

  Always try to get dinner here at 10pm, store closes at 11 but at 10pm they only have one protein available and barely enough for one person. Tonight was the worst day of them all, no protein at all at 10pm! 6 people behind the counter just talking to each other, why won’t you cook protein one hour before closing? You might as well just close the store at that point. Very misleading closing hours. Out of the 10 times I tried to come here at 10pm, I was only able to get dinner twice, I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. They even advertised double protein day today but yeah 10pm no more protein.
