  Placed a mobile pick up order for a quesadilla and a kids meal. Waited over half an hour, the workers were all sitting around in the lobby. The one person that did help my husband was not even able to answer his. “Do you know where my order is at currently” question. When we finally did receive our meal, we were missing sauces and it was so sloppily put together that we almost thought we had the wrong order (see pictured quesadilla half). And upon further review we were missing the fajita vegetables and sauces for the quesadilla. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at chipotle, and it will be a long time before we can stomach coming back to this location.

  This location has consistently delivered terrible service. I have been to several Chipotles, and this location is always hands down the worst. The service is terrible, they are frequently out of several items at a time and do not let you know until you have already waited on the line. If you order food online, it is typically never ready at the time they say it is going to be, and no one comes out to help you. You literally have to ask for someone to look for your order. The last time I was in there. They were not only out of several types of protein, but they also had a problem with their credit card machine. So they could only take cash. Instead of letting me know this in advance of placing my order, they let me place the order and then told me that it was cash only and asked me if I could stay in the store for about twenty five minutes until the credit card machine started working again. Whoever is doing the hiring for this location needs to step up their game big time or be replaced with someone else. People working there appear to have no concern for the customers at all and frequently ignore people. It is very typical to see five people behind the counter by the stove, and only one person actually taking orders. I have been to other Chipotle's where they managed to do an excellent job. I'm sure whoever is in charge of this location can find a way to make some major improvements. If you are out of items and you know that post it on the door so people don't wait in line for twenty minutes, only to be told they can't place an order. If your credit card machine is down and you know it will not be working, place a note on the door. This way people do not wait in line, to order food, and then sit around while your credit card machine hopefully reboots. Train your employees how to be proactive and treat customers with respect. Overall just do a much better job.

  Service was abysmal. Waited almost 50 minutes in line before giving up and leaving. That’s insane for “fast food”. Not a single worker was competent or motivated. Extremely disappointing because I usually love chipotle. Seems to just be an issue with the staff at this particular location. The line was long but the staff made no effort to serve people with any kind of urgency.
