  Online, it says this place is open until 4am. I didn’t realize the business hours were the same as the time the employees got off. I wish this place planned that better so there wouldn’t be any confusion.

  Big Buford had no tomato and almost no lettuce. Was just meat & cheese.

  This location is not really following hygiene guidelines with food handling. I watched an employee package chicken tenders with no gloves. After she boxed them I saw her take her hand and wipe the front of her dirty uniform shirt. The tenders were old and really hard. I threw it straight in the trash. So if you get sick eating here. They have poor hygiene here. Charging you all this money and they just as nasty as they wanna be.

  I'm split on my opinion. I go in the morning for breakfast and it's just 1 lady doin it all and doing a fantastic job. She was timely and made sure everything was good on my end. Then I go to grab some 2 for 7s a lil before 5 and there 4 ppl in there taking all the time watching me standing at the window. Take my order an trys charging all the burgers separate then instead of double chz they give me plain single burgers. So long story not short its hit or miss here.

  Order Machine wasn't taking my order correctly so I pulled up to the window. Was greeted with rude face and tone. I helped them correct my order. Was driving off and I was called back, my chip is broken and they said my card didn't go through. So I gave them my card again and good thing I did because two of my sandwiches weren't in the bag. I park and my daughter and I sit and eat. As we're finishing up we go to the window for a refill and the guy with the attitude tells us they don't do refills. I say well how do we get a refill he says buy another drink. Mind Blown! I won't be going back there and that's sad considering I've been going here for 10 years and never had any issues until today. To management if your team members are having a rough day please advise them to stay home instead of being mean and rude to your customers!
