With the nickname “The world's most famous beach,” Daytona Beach certainly deserves world-famous dining. Located at Marina Point, Chart House is one of the most celebrated seafood restaurants in Daytona Beach. We've also got the area's greatest happy hour and the best Prime Rib Daytona has tasted. Featuring unique architecture, Chart House offers a number of floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for observing passing boats and yachts on the scenic Halifax River. From our dazzling dining room, catch a view of dolphins and even manatees as they play in the water.
Just as famous as the waterfront views, Chart House's menu is what keeps Daytona Beach diners coming back for more. A beloved vacation spot, Chart House serves a number of seafood specialties that offer creative twists on old favorites, as well as seasonal preparations, featuring local ingredients. Enjoy delicious entrees, such as Mac Nut Mahi, Snapper Hemingway, or dive into our wonderful original Hot Chocolate Lava Cake.
The restaurant offers a solid wine selection, and the kimchi calamari was a standout dish. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the crab cakes were quite good as well. Dessert, however, was more of a mixed experience. The crème brûlée featured a wonderful trio of orange, strawberry, and vanilla flavors, but the texture was off; it was far too firm and lacked the silky consistency you expect from a proper crème brûlée. I also ran into an issue when paying, as using my gift cards along with my Landry card turned a simple checkout into a 20-minute process. Even with those drawbacks, the meal had enough high points that I would still return.

Worst Experience Ever! I had been to this restaurant probably 10 times and this by far was the worst experience as far as Service! To start I had made a reservation 2 weeks prior for 7. The table wasn’t ready had to wait 20 minutes. After sitting down took the waitress 10 minutes to bring water to the table then another 10 minutes to come by and ask to take the order! Didn’t offer bread had to ask for bread. The order took over an hour to cook. Then the food came out wrong. The waitress had a terrible attitude and was very rude and snappy! The General Manager came over and he was just as rude and arrogant. Was suppose to adjust the final price of the ticket. Left the restaurant and had to turn around to only realize after reviewing the itemized ticket that he still charged us for the desserts that we never got. So had to go back in to get another refund! Worst service experience. The only reason why I gave a one star is because as always the view will remain beautiful. As far as returning i wont waste my time ever going back! There is definitely much better service - quality tasting of food and pricing elsewhere! If I were you don’t waste your time and money go somewhere else and have a nice dinner!

A few friends and I (4of us in total) went to the Charthouse for dinner. We had a reservation because it was a Friday night and we figured it would be fairly busy. The restaurant and its views of the water were very nice. We were seated quickly and our waitress took our drink orders and brought us bread and then proceeded to take our dinner orders. Once our order was placed we waited almost two hours for our food to arrive and when it arrived ,it looked amazing however it was lukewarm and very bland. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

Wanted a special night for me and the wife's 13th Anniversary. It was cute they printed a special message on the menu, but I asked for a window seat but seemed to give it to a group that walked in after us without a reservation.
Was expecting exceptional taste but all I got was a dry overcooked prime rib. Waiter didn't bring out bread and the baguette that came with my wife's dinner was literally burnt not "charred".
Very disappointed I've told multiple locals since our visit about our experience and they were all shocked to hear it, mentioning their filet mignon. Also thier great salad bar which isn't prominent on the menu, but every dish should be good when you go to a fine dining establishment, it shouldn't be like playing Russian roulette with your taste buds.

The food was so good starting with that salad bar Oh my goodness what an incredible salad bar they even have caviar. A little dab of sour cream a little dab of caviar on a table water cracker perfect. The halibut, with lobster risotto was perfectly cooked with little bits of lobster under the risotto. But the delicious red pepper sauce, I think that's what it was It was so tasty. The cocktails were amazing we got the flight of mojitos, mango blood orange and blackberry delicious. The signature dessert was good but not quite what I anticipated. But the key lime pie was incredibly delicious. Our server Austin did a fantastic job and even boxed up our leftovers for us. What a good way to spend a birthday.
