  Working in the past as an Exec in foodservice for 15 + years and servicing and dining at this establishment for most of those years, changing careers a while back, I hadn’t dined at the Daytona Chart House for over 5 years. Many things are the same, many are different. Atmosphere, decor, menu offerings, and high prices are somewhat the same. Professional service, timely food delivery, quality of food and overall mistakes are very different. Waitress was pleasant but rushing. 4 people at our table, somewhat crammed in. Request for ice water with lemon produced warm water with no ice or lemon. Like food items were ordered and served to individuals at different times with final individual recieving theirs 10 minutes later that everyone else (after original order placing 30 mins. Salad bar was in disorder and unappealing. One steak had to be returned, cooked improperly. Potatoes were cold on all plates. Dessert was delivered timely and delicious. Not the same high quality of years gone by. Very disappointing. 4 people combined bill of over $275. No alcohol purchased and tea & coffee only (which was luke warm). Might try again in a year or two. Chart House of the past with it's overall high standards is gone. Was hoping to make it a special occasion 'go to' place. Sad.

  The consistency in the dining experience at this restaurant is like a breath of fresh air. The food is incredible, every time. There aren't any flowers in the drinks or on the plates. The food quality and presentation speak for itself. The view is fantastic and the dining atmosphere is relaxed with an upscale feel. The nautical decor is perfect. It does look like the time has come for someone to consider making some updates to the restrooms, the hallway, and the flooring. In my opinion, doing so would create the perfect esthetic throughout the restaurant.

  An experience just took way too long to get food and the calamari was different- perhaps I assumed marinara... not a spicy ??? We will give it another try - on the oitdoors

  Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and delivered excellent service. Chart House has to be one of the best restaurants in the area. Will be coming back very soon! Definitely a must if your visiting.

  Our waitress Amy was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, beautiful smile, and made sure we had a wonderful experience. I really appreciated her hospitality and the company. The birthday menu was a thoughtful, unique touch and I’ll cherish it forever. Nobody has ever done anything like that for me before. Great service can make a meal memorable and she certainly did that! Not only are we talking about how amazing the food and atmosphere was but how sweet and comforting Amy made us feel!
