  Stopped in for dinner and had a great experience, largely thanks to Jake, the manager. He was out on the floor checking in with guests, helping his team, and making sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. The food was exactly what you’d expect—great shrimp, solid portions, and everything came out hot and fresh—but the service is what stood out. Jake went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Definitely one of the better run spots around.

  Had an awesome experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quick—especially the shrimp, which was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is fun and lively with that classic Forrest Gump theme, and the staff really brings it to life. Service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Great spot whether you’re with family, friends, or just grabbing a bite by the beach. Definitely coming back!

  We went on vacation and stopped here for dinner!! Food was beyond delicious, restaurant was very clean and organized, our waitress Colleen was exceptional!!! She was very attentive to our needs, very friendly and held that same friendliness throughout our entire dinner, knew the menu inside and out and was great with recommendations on dishes to pick…. If all waitresses could be just like her going out to eat would be exciting!!! I want her manager to see this review because she deserves recognition and a pay raise!! Hopefully she is a trainer because she would be great at it and would definitely show the others how a wonderful waitress should be like!! Awesome job Colleen and keep up the great waitressing!! You make people happy!!

  My fiancé and I ordered the ceviche appetizer then got a seafood boil for our main entree. Everything was made fresh and was so amazing. Our drink cocktails were so damn good! Our waitress, Cynthia, was THE BEST! She was super attentive, informative when we were curious about how big the seafood boil would be, stayed ontop of our refills, gave us a free mini strawberry coolada desert thing which was so damn good, and let us change tables when we realized that we weren’t gonna have enough room for all of our food! So sweet and funny! Loved her and loved the experience she made for us!

  I would advise avoiding this place at all costs. Food is mediocre at best for the price. Not to mention customer service is horrible here. I placed a to go order $25.99 for an entree and 17.99 for an app, my total was supposed to be $47.23 not sure how the bartender Jerry E. Ended up charging $80.92 to my card as an accident. I’ll be disputing this with my bank. If I hadn’t paid attention and mentioned something he would have just let that happen. The first receipt wasn’t even itemized not sure what kind of scam or game this location is running but stay away local or tourist. Trying to give yourself a $40 dollar tip for an order I called in and picked up, first and last time I go to a bubba gumps. You guys need better customer service and train your employees how to ring up proper prices I have the receipt with what it’s suppose to cost. This is ridiculous.
