  They need to hire more responsible workers, we had combos and they forgot to put all of our fries in the bag they just gave us the sandwiches. The fries tasted like onions. Chicken was super cold and not fresh. Overall bad experience.

  Man, i LOVE Bojangles... but for some reason with this location, my order has only been correct a few times out of MANY. Either missing items, incorrect items, or getting another customer's order. I hope they can improve. Otherwise the workers are always nice to deal with and the food is great!

  Food is good - it’s Bojangles, of course it’s good. Service is TERRIBLE. Drive thru is extremely slow and inside is arguably as bad. I placed an online order, waited until the original pickup time (despite the tracker saying my order was completed and ready for pickup), then waited in line for ten minutes to ask for my food. I was then told that order just printed and was not ready. I showed my order confirmation showing it was ready, and still had to wait an additional five minutes “because the ticket just printed”. This is not the first slow experience at this location. I don’t think anyone is expecting lightning fast service in today’s day and age - but if something is listed as ready, don’t waste time by lying about it and then blame something else.

  Service is unbelievably slow for orders placed ahead of time. The app has a tracker for your order; completely inaccurate. By the time we got inside for it, they questioned my order because they couldn’t find it, they found it and stated “Oh, I haven’t started on it yet”. 1/2 of the lobby was full of people waiting on their orders. People started to get snappy and rightfully so. What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time just to have to walk in and wait an additional 20-30 minutes. I don’t know what needs to be done but you guys are building up quite the negative report around here. I personally love Bojangles food, so please do better.

  HARD BISCUITS- HARD CHICKEN NOT FRESH MADE- NOBODY THERE BUT THEY MAKE U SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR YOUR ORDER - THEN YOU GET HARD BISCUITS THAT ARE COLD. CANT CONPLAIN TO BOJANGLES BECAUSE ITS PRIVATE OWN. THE LADY AT THE WINDOW IS VERY NICE ALWAYS- SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER SHE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE - THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE AT ALL- SHE SHOULD OF BEEN FIRED ALONG TIME AGO. WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN DRIVE THROUGH YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT ON 2 ORDERS . ONLY 3 CARS IN PARKING LOT. WAS GREAT WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED NOW WENT DOWN HILL.
