There is a crew member in there who works the drive-thru window taking orders in cash who has been harassing me for 2 weeks, he has even done it in front of the manager,, even yelling in the manager's face, and nothing is done about it! I don't even want to go in there anymore even though it's one of my favorite places to eat in my immediate area, because of him! His name is Brett. I honestly think he is trying to make the manager fire him so that he can collect unemployment. There is no other explanation of why he would be so hateful and mean! And that could be the reason why the manager doesn't want to fire him! I guess it's more important to let him harass the customers and lose them, then to fire him and let him collect unemployment off of Arby's! And since my next closest Arby's is 8 mi away, I won't be going there anymore I don't guess, as much as I do love it! I've never seen anything like it in my life! But then, I've never lived any place as sorry and sad as Daytona Beach!

Excellent experience! Food was fresh and delicious. The manager who helped me was incredibly kind and created such a welcoming environment. Will definitely be back.
