Because it was a delivery order I was told to go to UberEats to resolve the issue of DIRT & sponge particles in my food order. UberEats didn't make the food & the bag was sealed when they delivered it. You don't care to help anyone & your business will suffer because of it. Went from ordering once every week to never wanting to order again!

Al pollo antes de ponerlo en el asador, ya a escondidas en la cocina del restaurante o en la planta principal procesadora le han sacado la pechuga (posiblemente para servirla en el Chicken Tropichop) y cuando tu ordenas el pollo entero en el restaurante, el cocinero lo saca del asador y lo pica al frente tuyo, haciendote creer que te estan dando el pollo entero con toda la pechuga completa, pero no es asi. Hoy pedi un pollo entero y cuando lo fuimos a repartir en casa para almorzar, solo traia un pedacito de pechuga que no alcanzo ni para una persona. No tuvimos otra opción, mas que comernos las alas y los muslos y el contramuslo sin nada de carne. Que decepcion que roben de esa manera y la gente callada se contenta con lo que le dan. No es la primera vez que pasa, es una practica de estafa a los clientes que he notado en otros Pollo Tropical. Les recomiendo que cuando ordenen pollo entero, ahi mismo en el restaurante destapen la caja y revisen si la pechuga esta completa, sino,hagan el reclamo ahi mismo. No se dejen robar !!!
