OK. Late craving for a slice or two of pizza. After Google search, came up with this place. Sells slices, open till midnight. Got there at 11:25, two groups of people eating inside. Walk up to the counter and ask if they sell slices. What I consider a rude waitress stated, "No. not at this time of night. We're getting ready to close". No smile, no apology. They were technically open for another 35 min. I wasn't asking for a specialty pizza to be cooked up on the spot, just a slice or two, to go.
First time last time.

What happened? What started as a great concept has changed. I’ve tried to comment to the employees, but they don’t care.
Single people can forget going on Saturday And Sunday because you can’t have single slices Because they have a buffet. But they don’t have a buffet except for a few hours in the afternoon. It used to have pricey items, which didn’t make sense for noon-four.
Last night, the dough wasn’t proved and hadn’t risen. I wish I could include a picture you would see it was about 2 mm thin, flat and soggy. It was such a sad sorry pizza. It wasn’t worth bringing the leftovers home. You also can’t get Sicilian in a small, but they use the same bread size to make the Detroit, but you’re not allowed to have it. They took a great idea. Didn’t listen to the improvements. Suffered the Consequences, maybe? I wish they would just listen. Last night, I asked the server is it better for me to tell you what’s wrong or to never come back again? I’ve been telling the owner who also owns the gas station pizza place for two years, but he doesn’t listen.
Great ideas but your executing them In the wrong way or at the wrong hours!

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Salad Point! Riley and Tamari provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. They were both friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It's refreshing to be greeted with such positive attitudes and genuine care for customers. The food was great, and their excellent service made the visit even better. Thank you, Riley and Tamari, for making my experience so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my visit on Monday, June 15, at around 1:30 PM.
First, there are two doors next to each other, and both have signs saying “Use the next door.” It was confusing to know which entrance to use. While I was standing outside trying to figure it out, the employees inside were watching me and didn’t make any effort to help or point me in the right direction.
Once I finally got inside, no one greeted me. The employee who took my order seemed annoyed and was already trying to charge me before I could even finish ordering. I ordered pizza from the display, and there were flies around the pizza. The employee was standing right there and didn’t seem concerned at all.
She also never asked whether my order was for dine-in or takeout. She simply put the pizza in a box and handed it to me. I ended up eating in the restaurant. When I finished, I couldn’t find a trash can anywhere, so I left the box on the table. The employee then told me to hand her the box instead of simply coming to pick it up herself. She never said “thank you,” “have a nice day,” or even “goodbye.”
To be honest, I saw no reason to leave a tip. I felt like I was doing part of the staff’s job myself. The entire experience felt unwelcoming from beginning to end.
The pizza itself was actually good, especially the Hawaiian pizza. However, the customer service was so poor that I do not plan on returning. Good food can bring customers in, but good service is what makes them come back.
